Over almost 20 years we have proven experience of safety management and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for:

High value utility projects (up to 400kV)

Accident Investigation and Expert Witness
We have investigated accidents, prepared reports and opinions, and given expert witness on behalf of clients defending actions at Circuit and High Court in Ireland. Those cases have varied from road traffic accidents at roadworks, to personal injury cases arising out of incidents on construction sites.
We have also given expert witness at arbitration hearings and CPO assessments.

Risk Management
Many consultants merely analyse risks. We favour the bowtie analysis method to ensure that risks are adequately managed. Our emphasis is on comprehensive identification of hazards and management of risk.  Our principal is a member of NSAI's Risk Management Consultative Committee TC30 for the development of ISO 31000 – the international standard on risk management.

Business continuity management
You cannot afford to wait until disaster strikes. Critical business activities and systems can only continue where you have adequate planning and business continuity management in place.

Environmental management
We provide for the systematic identification, evaluation and control of risks to the environment through our established partnerships with leading environmental engineering consultants.

Safety Management Systems
We undertake auditing and independent reviews of existing systems for clients or their insurers in addition to developing and implementing systems. Lead audit team and/or undertake sole audits to international standards.

Has risk been reduced to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable? We are specialists in providing ALARP assessments.
